Viewing Notes
Cautiously optimistic… and maybe a good thing. Possible the initial bad WOM led to lower expectations going in but I really enjoyed this movie! It’s a weird movie for a Predator flick but fun nevertheless as a cat and mouse type thriller. There’s so many things happening I can understand how studio tampering may have made this less than the sum of its parts (it has lots of parts!). Fortunately I didn’t take that baggage into the film and just enjoyed it for what it is.
Definitely want to see it again. Maybe my rating will go up or down but for now I’m very satisfied and would like to see the next installment.
