Pretty cool in the TRAUMA set Severin included the BAN THE SADIST VIDEO documentaries made by David Gregory. Funny to hear how misguided and ignorant those at the DPP were at the time, i.e. pulling titles based on their name like THE BIG RED ONE. Hahahaha! Of course that was shitty for the time. Lots of clips from TRAUMA probably bc it was the only UK produced video nasty (this is a UK production). Lots of emphasis on EVIL DEAD.
Nice round up of directors: Deodato, Argento, Franco, Craven, etc.
The archive footage is neat bc it’s all titles that look like Severin Films, 88Film, Blue Underground, Synapse, Arrow Films, etc catalogs. Like “oh I have that one”
