Another Monogram Films Charlie Chan flick. This one set in Mexico City. Not happy about Birmingham’s replacement Chattanooga. Despite a clever killing mechanism this one isn’t all that great.
This is from a 3 DVD set of Charlie Chan films released by Warner Archive. This is the only one featuring Sidney Toler.
