Viewing Notes

Not at all the movie I was expecting. I’m split because there are things here that I like (the first half) but by the end I’m not sure what it ultimately trying to say. Weirdly as much I love Portman I didn’t care for her story in this. Also weird that Raffey Cassidy portrays young Celeste and Celeste’s daughter. That was distracting altho I’m sure there was a point to that (maybe something circular). I guess I just didn’t care enough.
