You know you’re dealing with a low budget flick when all the scenes with the dead guy you can clearly see he’s breathing. Like not even trying to pretend.
Guessing the only reason my library has this is it’s a Chicago movie. It’s not good despite being shot in Chicago and featuring Eric Roberts. This is a weird movie.
