Viewing Notes

This could make my end of year list. Such an impressive achievement in documentary filmmaking. The clarity of this 50 year old footage and how it’s assembled to construct this incredible mission is beautiful in IMAX. Unfortunately it’s only screening on a handful of IMAX screens in the Chicago area. But it was worth the trip to see this (I really want to see it again). Rather emotional to witness, too. Plus that pulsing John Carpenter-esque industrial score is so perfect. Super loud. This is an experience I could not replicate at home.

Maybe I will see it again. Hmm
