Viewing Notes
This is the longer version of the making-of for Jellyfish Eyes in which Murakami doesn’t do anything BUT they let him say “action” on the final day of shooting. I like the stuff w/the young stars of the film. Wish they would’ve interviewed them. This is a pretty neat feature showing true independent filmmaking in Japan. Really glad that Criterion made these for the release.
