This sounds incredible. This is something else. Nothing like it and I think I love it. So weird and yet oddly charming (the demon bug). Also it’s great that it stars a Korean woman living in Japan so she bounces back and forth between speaking Japanese and Korean. Strangely she only acted in this film and previously the K-horror NIGHTMARE, which I love. (obtw this film was made in 2002 not sure why it’s listed as 2005)
This young woman sees an “egg” when she closes her eyes. The egg is slowly cracking because she’s turned 20 years old. There’s some wild backstory to her Russian parents that I didn’t quite get. Anyways, this is a flick I’d like to own. And I need to see more of this director’s work.
