Overview
A wind has swept the Earth taking all the memories from everyone. No one knows who they are, how to speak, or how to use the tools of modern civilization. Two years later, a young man who has been re-educated travels across America on a mysterious journey.

Viewing Notes
This is another staple of the old video store. Pretty much every video store had this on VHS. Curious now how anime was distributed to video stores; like there was the same catalog titles they could chose from and all stores had the same selection that was picked by the distributor?
Anyways, I’ve seen this bc it was introduced to me by Charlie back in the OG Meandaur days (‘98/‘99). I probably even have a VHS dub somewhere.
