Japan really loves their horror anthologies. Here’s one that I found on Prime that is surprisingly short (50 minutes) yet contains 4 stories. Oddly two of them deal with strangulation. The first segment and final segment are the best of the four. Overall decent.
Oddly not in IMDb and limited detail in TMDb. Gonna have to update.
