Requested this because the sequel is out in theaters and I was considering going to see it. Figured I should watch this first. Turns out it’s not very good (and the sequel has a very low score too).
The setup is that these one-time college students meet up 10 years after graduation bc a Dean of theirs is in the hospital. So it becomes a reunion of sorts where they all reminisce about their college days and relationships. So most of the movie is filler about the two main guys, Rohan and Abhi, their friendship and jealousy over the same girl, Shanaya. Everything is so predictable. Kinda sad that the women in this are only there to fuel the story of these two guys.
None of the musical numbers are particularly good. Safe to say that I won’t be going out of my way to see the sequel.
