Another short film from the 2005 Academy Awards collection. Don’t remember this one at all. It’s got an interesting hook and what starts as a comedy slowly becomes depressing.
My biggest question, however, is that if Walter (the main dude in the film) is unemployed and looking for work, how does afford to live in a very nice flat?
Also, they really need to remaster and re-release these on an updated DVD and/or Blu. This is the worst looking one so far. Super compressed and lots of artifacts. Kinda sad given all these shorts were Oscar nominated. You’d think the Academy would get on that.
