Viewing Notes
Still dislike this animation style but since I have the 2-movie set I’m watching this one to finish the story. Like this a little more than than the previous film but still the animation is so inconsistent. At times it looks good then other scenes it’s like that late 90s PS1 garbage. Also the story is a tad silly. They know up front that Deia is bad yet just go along with her being the new ambassador until she gets full on evil killer machine again. Ugh
