Viewing Notes

Not a great transfer but at least it’s in scope and not all pixelated. I love watching films shot in South Africa even if they’re as dopey as this one. I’m already obsessed with sixties cinema, which is another reason OUATIH worked so well for me, but this is the type of movie I could see Rick Dalton doing. However, in the real world it’s American Lex Barker as the handsome leading man in this UK produced film. I suspect I’ll be making more associations to the type of roles that would’ve featured an actor like Dalton in the sixties as I continue to watch these films from that time period.
