THE WHISTLERS: Romanian, twisty noir-ish crime story with sprinkles of dark humor set in some beautiful locations around the Canary Islands. Uses coded whistling as a plot device which was neat. Didn’t always connect with the film but enjoyed the ride. #FantasticFest
