Heading out to S.Barrington to see this. Didn’t think it would still be in theaters after returning from FF2019 but glad it is so I can view it.
Not crazy about this animation style. Also not crazy with how frenetic it is. It nearly gave me a headache with all the hyper action. The premise is all too familiar but overall this was an enjoyable watch just see such a colorful, action-packed anime flick on the big screen in a theater to myself.
The description here doesn’t do it justice but it’s one of those where you know the “good guy” is most likely not really good but very evil. I still didn’t quite understand how they saved the Earth from destruction in the end but I don’t think it matters.
Impressed this got a limited theatrical release.
