Viewing Notes

Odd yet interesting tale of a stolen motorcycle and the lengths to replace it in a grimy corner of Buenos Aires. I honestly thought this was a more recent film that was period set in the early 1990s. Kinda like a Linklater film with only 1 percent of the talking. There is so little dialogue yet so much is conveyed in the photography and the acting.

MUBI is currently doing a series on Martín Rejtman so I’m excited to see more of his work.
