Wild this played Sundance. Whoa, Lupita Nyong’o is so terrific in this. Pretty damn cool we got two “Lupita in a horror movie” roles this year. Both are really good too. Just wish this wasn’t a zombie flick. If I never see another zombie I’ll be okay. At least the zombies aren’t the focus; it’s really a siege / survival flick with some nice comedy beats. This would’ve been a blast to see with a crowd. Kinda wish I could’ve seen it on the big screen earlier this week (wasn’t gonna work while I was dog sitting).
Really like that thugs movie has heart. Very curious if they had to get rights to use Darth Vader (I’m sure they did) but how about Taylor Swift tunes? This would be a fun movie night flick with a good crowd.
