Overview

Clue for movie 2: Murder mystery that acts as a proto-“cabin in the woods” horror
My guess: The Roommates (1973)
Well I was wrong, of course, but I did guess Lake of the Dead for the 3rd movie so I still got a point.
This is a neat little thriller where the guests at this cabin in the woods stumble onto a dead dog and missing person. So they’re off to find the person and figure what is going on. There’s a backstory how the original resident died and became a ghost so perhaps that could be it. Very enjoyable afternoon matinee kind of flick.
