Viewing Notes
For Mie Hama’s birthday DKUTV is doing a 17 hour marathon today of her films. Most I’ve seen but I’m excited for the few I haven’t seen including this early Toho production. It’s more a Kumi Mizuno flick but that works too!
Wish it wasn’t dubbed but you gotta take what you can get.
This is a story of an ex-con being framed for the murder of a girl (not clear on why that girl had to be killed). The ex-con (Makoto Sato) spends the reminder of the film searching for those who framed him. It’s a good flick and another one that should get a proper release here esp. since a dubbed version exists!
