Overview
On his way to be executed, the vehicle containing notorious serial killer Jack Frost collides with a hazardous chemical truck, turning him into a snow covered mutant and unleashing him on the unsuspecting town of Snomonton.

Viewing Notes
Second film in Joe Bob’s Red Christmas event on Shudder. Also one I would not have predicted nor wanted to see again but at least Joe Bob’s commentary made it somewhat palatable. Last saw this when Scott and I did a Christmas horror night and we decided that this was best seen with a group to enjoy it but even then it’s not good. Figured I’d put up with this for the event to get to the final movie which I suspected would be one of the Silent Night Deadly Night movies.
