Have only seen a couple of episodes of Top Gear but none of the Grand Tour show. This new installment (for a new season I guess?) piqued my interest b/c the guys are in Cambodia and Vietnam and not driving cars. Was hoping for some cool scenery and travel through these countries. Instead it’s them racing boats down the Mekong River and out to the open sea w/a few factoids sprinkled in. Not really my bag but maybe those who follow these hosts and their adventures will enjoy this. It is shot well with some nice vistas of the local environment but it’s mostly them dealing with their boats through the rain and rough waters.
