The epic saga continues as Luke Skywalker, in hopes of defeating the evil Galactic Empire, learns the ways of the Jedi from aging master Yoda. But Darth Vader is more determined than ever to capture Luke. Meanwhile, rebel leader Princess Leia, cocky Han Solo, Chewbacca, and droids C-3PO and R2-D2 are thrown into various stages of capture, betrayal and despair.

Viewing the OG trilogy via LD before the final movie in the Skywalker saga. It really is remarkable how Hammill’s face changed after his car accident. Kinda amusing that they used the Wampa attack to explain it.
One thing that I wish I knew is why Han didn’t immediately pay back Jabba after SW and getting his reward money from the rebellion. I’m sure there’s some explanation for this. He says in the beginning that he has to leave the rebellion b/c of a close call with a bounty hunter (Skorr on Ord Mandel). Of course I get why the screenplay does this so it can setup the ending but it really stands out in those opening minutes.
