Viewing Notes

Stumbled onto this by accident but wanted to watch b/c I just saw Black Jack in the old Tezuka Super Train movie. I’ve seen this one around for years (video stores and whatnot) but put off watching it b/c the premise never seemed interesting. Now I kinda dig the character, a highly skilled surgeon that will take on any impossible operation for a hefty price and will be a complete dick about it. I love that everyone just calls him Black Jack, which is hilarious for a doctor.

Doctor Black Jack!

Average people are becoming superhumans and competing in world class competitions yet soon start dying. Black Jack is pulled into situation to the solve the mystery. Doctor Black Jack!
