Interesting modern approach to the formation of a new superhero team. Four young women and two dudes. I like it! Not sure if this feature film came first or the TV series, which I haven’t seen, but this seems like a kick off for either the series or more features since this particular team is formed. Rather than call anyone with superpowers a “superhuman” they are referred to as “Inhuman” which I thought was part of the Inhumans story within the comics but other than featuring Lockjaw these are all new heroes from different backgrounds not a royal family from Attilan.
I’d like to see more of this story, however. Appears there are more feature films that were released in 2019 following this one. It’s nice to see the diversity among the young heroes that we don’t get in the live action films (ex. Ms. Marvel is Indian and America Chavez came from another planet a la Superman and had two mothers).
