Overview

Happy to finally catch up with this one that I missed at FF2019. Definitely lives up to the hype. Very solid survival thriller / creature feature. Has a jump scare that got me. Kiersey Clemons is great carrying the film on her shoulders. JD Dillard did a nice job developing the characters/background w/little as possible and letting the story play out as the situation unfolds. I dig that. I don’t understand the negative ratings unless people just don’t appreciate a well told creature feature.
