Overview
When a four-man terrorist group known as Team Phantom begins raising havoc in downtown Tokyo, the city is in desperate need of a hero. An unexpected champion appears in the form of Lady Battle Cop, a former female tennis champion who has been transformed into a seemingly unstoppable cyborg.

Viewing Notes
This is an apparent RoboCop remake that I was not aware of until DKUTV programmed it tonight with FULL METAL YAKUSA for Tokusatsu night. Gotta say, I love the idea of a Lady RoboCop. She looks pretty badass too.
It’s wild to see the things that are direct lifts from Robocop plopped into a story that’s quite different. I give them props for doing this Lady Robocop on the cheap and still making it entertaining. I’ll probably watch it again on a later rebroadcast.
