Featured film on DKUTV Space Station Europa tonight. Hadn’t seen it and not available at my library. Didn’t realize I’d be watching yet another Jules Verne adaptation this month but here we are.
This movie is only moderately amusing. It’s a lot of wheel spinning to get to that final rocket launch. Even as a comedy I’d like to think a film where PT Barnum visits England to fund a super rocket to take man to the moon would be better. Really doesn’t hold a candle the Fantastic Flying Machines that came out a couple years earlier.
