Full Moon always tweets out their titles available on TubiTV and Amazon via their own subscriber channel. I add the Tubi titles to my queue. This title I used to see on the grey market tables at the horror conventions back in the day but never picked it up. Decided to finally give it a spin tonight…
For a flick with plenty of cool elements this is painfully dull, which is unfortunate b/c now I have no desire to view the sequel. Didn’t help that this transfer on Tubi looks like a VHS rip and naturally looks terribly on my HDTV. This would look better on a CRT or my phone. Alas
It is neat to see mid-80s NYC and how grimy it was. Bonus Twin Towers.
