Viewing Notes
This is basically a riff on Island of Lost Souls / Dr. Moreau. A mad scientist is doing experiments merging a panther with a man. Very B-movie and very my thing. Apparently this movie launched the Blood Island series that extended thru the sixties with the US/Philippines collaboration. I believe this upload on Prime is courtesy of Severin Films and their Hemispheres sets. Looks very good.
