Viewing Notes

This is a mid-90s flick that feels more like a late-80s / early 90s flick. So much so that I thought it was until I looked it up. The positives include the great casting of Williamson, Rothrock, and Forster. The rest not so much as it teeters around between the homeless shelter / AA place and the main premise of the women caught on tape / serial murders. It’s rough but very DTV fare. It’s like everyone signed up and went thru the motions knowing it was not going to be a good movie. The highlight is the Rothrock / Williamson relationship; they have decent chemistry here.
