Viewing Notes

This is an all right film noir, the kind that flies under the radar but still worthy enough to get selected for Noir City. Thought the premise sounded interesting however it’s a little dry with more drama than mystery. But not bad, just drawn out for character development moments that could’ve been incorporated into the story.
