A “Diablo Rojo” bus driver, his helper, a priest, and two policemen fall victim to a mysterious spell and end up lost somewhere in the Chiriqui jungle, where they will have to survive the creatures that inhabit the roads, with the old bus as their only refuge.

Salem Film Festival & The Horror Collective did live broadcast of the film and some of the cast on Facebook. Was curious about this film when HC announced acquiring it bc it’s supposedly the first Panamanian horror movie.
It’s fine. The idea of the women returning for vengeance isn’t new nor the witchcraft but there’s some interesting bits and nice practical FX. Teeters a little on the humor w/o really being a horror comedy. Wish there had been more local cultural elements applied to this story.
