Viewing Notes
Revisited this bc Jorge and Ralph are covering it on the Kaijupod this week. Listened to half the episode and their praise convinced me to give it another whirl. The Harryhausen work is excellent but the melodrama in most of the dialogue scenes really detracts. Besides the “beast” my favorite thing is Lee Van Cleef, “colonel says you need a dead shot.”
