Viewing Notes
From the director of PENITENTIARY, a bonkers gang war flick set in LA. I kinda get the feeling that Fanaka saw these ultralight trikes and thought “huh those would be cool to see in a crazy assault sequence over the streets of Los Angeles!”
The movie follows a very predictable pattern of ascension within the gang world and avenging a murder. However, that Ultralight sequence is bananas and worth the price of admission.
