Still loads of fun and extremely vicious as well. Forgot how absolutely evil the emperor’s bastard son is (Kang Dong-won is perfect for this character). He’s like a comic book or anime villain come to life. And his martial art abilities are so overpowered you wonder the entire time how this group of skilled bandits will take him down. Altho not a fantasy by the true definition it is very fantastical to see that villain mow down dudes like nothing. The movie does try to give him an sympathetic side but honestly he’s just so fucking awful IDGAF. The action is very good but I love the character moments the most.
