Not a true anthology but still sorta works as one in this “kick the dog” premise. Starts with one vignette where a character, Jenny, is rebuffed. She takes it out on her friend in the next vignette. That friend carries it to the next vignette and so one. Basically this is Bergman’s device to present how this “disease” is transmitted from one to another. The movie is fine but really worth it for the epilogue and the smirk on Max von Sydow’s face while the characters attempt to rationalize their behavior.
ML request: something under “source” for broadcast viewings. I just select “other” since none are appropriate. VOD doesn’t work since these be it Kast or DKUTV or even Fantasia are broadcasting at specific times and not on demand. I’m just not sure what that would be called. Maybe there isn’t a good term for this?
