Given how I feel about comedy horror so I’m super curious how this will play for me. Hoping for a Happy Death Day result.

Turns out this is a perfect movie to see on Friday the 13th!

Pleased to report that this is indeed a fun movie! Didn’t realize it’s a Friday the 13th *and* a Halloween flick but that was cool. Also could be a surrogate F13 film but with that body switch device. Appears both Vaughn and Newton enjoyed portraying each other. I LOL’d a few times at Vaughn’s mannerisms and line delivery. Definitely a film that borrows from so many other teen flicks but in a good way.

Glad to have seen this on the big screen at a matinee by myself. Was a blast and really had me missing the theatrical experience.
