Viewing Notes

Requested this b/c I saw that Sean Connery was listed as being in it and thought it might have an interview with him since it covers the iconic vehicles he drives during his role as James Bond (was looking for more Connery to celebrate his life after he passed on Halloween). Sadly this is not the case. He’s only featured in the archive footage from the movies.

The only Bonds that have interviews are Roger Moore, which is nice since he too has passed, and Daniel Craig. Guy Hamilton is the only director interviewed. It’s rather misleading that all the Bonds and a few of the supporting characters are listed on TMDb when they’re just in the archive footage from the movies.

Anyways, this short one hour doc by Top Gear is fine altho it could’ve been a bit more extensive on the topic had they included the other Bonds (not sure if they reached out to them or what). It was cool to see the cars and how they did certain scenes including the model work involved.
