Viewing Notes

Picked this up for my 20 in 20 project that I’ve fallen woefully behind on… yeah this doesn’t hold up very well. The gay panic stuff, which is supposed to flip it on its ear, just doesn’t land well today. That and the body shaming stuff is pretty awful. Only a few of the jokes and gags are amusing but most of this is not funny. At all.

Didn’t plan this but we learned David Lander passed away yesterday. He has a small part in this movie so it was nice to see him again. He was definitely a staple of my formative years.

RIP David Lander
