Viewing Notes
Hadn’t heard of this movie until it was blurbed on my TL. Was curious so put the request in and finally gave it a spin while clearing my desk area. Definitely a good flick for that as this is some goofy stuff but made entertaining by this cast. Patrick Wilson is solid as the husband caught in the middle but it’s really Heigl that makes this worth viewing. She’s funny as this character. Bonus for having Jordana Brewster. Didn’t know when this movie was released bc it feels sorta new yet kinda old, too (Wilson looks particularly young while Heigl looks old; could’ve been a makeup thing given the story).
First two thirds are p good but loses its way in that final act. Still very fun for the performances.
