Viewing Notes

Really odd yet fascinating made-for-TV holiday film. The Jewish folks in this small town get together and decide to replace their Christian friends in all their jobs on Christmas Eve so that they (the Christians) can celebrate at home with their families rather than being at work. And this is done in a very serious manner; this is not a comedy full of yuck-yucks despite the comedians in the cast. And this is a loaded cast full of character actors mostly from 60s-70s television. Even George Takai pops up towards the end in small part.
