Viewing Notes
DKUTV is showing all super sentai / kamen rider / ultraman holiday episodes this week and past Christmas (Heshin Holiday Spectacular). Included are a few of the “movies” which are really glorified episodes. This is one of them however it has nothing to do with Christmas or the holidays so I was a little disappointed bc that’s why I tuned in for this one. I’ve seen this Galaxy Express train in other tokusatsu mashup features so that was nice to see again but I didn’t realize that this version of the Super Sentai (Ressha Sentai ToQger) are actually train-based Power Rangers. So wild. Overall fun mainly for the excellent villain monster suits.
Hahahahaha I viewed this last year around the same time for the same Heshin Holiday Spectacular event and made the same comments about this not having to do w/the holidays. I’m a dummy!
