Viewing Notes

Final movie in Jason’s NYE marathon and purposely timed to be the first movie we all watch to start the new year so we kick off the year with a fun flick. I was one of the few in the watch party that hadn’t seen this movie (apparently some of the attendees watched this a few times this year!). Ironic bc I do own this movie in one of the Grindhouse sets.

This movie would get name dropped several times over the past year of these watch parties so I kept hoping Jason would just program it (not realizing that I had it all along). It definitely lives up to its reputation as being a super fun sex comedy set during “van culture” in Southern California. Can understand why so many in our party have viewed it numerous times. I’d throw this one into the mix for a movie night. Agreed that this was a nice way to ring in the new year.
