Got a free screening link to this Showtime documentary about John Belushi but had a short window to view it so I gave it a spin. It’s a good overview of his life and ultimately the path that led to his untimely death. The interview recordings sprinkled throughout along with the old photos, many of which I had never seen, are the highlights. Very sad to hear Carrie Fisher’s voice but she has some neat stories. The most illuminating details are from Judy, John’s wife. Such a tragic story for a star that burned so bright.
