Viewing Notes

Very surreal so much that it feels like a live action Salvador Dali painting in black and white with a pinch of leftover German Expressionism. Reminded me a lot of HIGH TREASON in its look and tone but this is an entirely different story with a comical take on Adam and Eve. I don’t think this one has been given the treatment for a proper release but it needs it. Would love to view it again on a bigger screen w/o the mixed subtitles. Perfect flick for Kino to release (I believe they have offered others by this director). Maybe there’s a German blu?

This was the first film in Mike’s watch party via Kast and one I didn’t want to miss bc I wasn’t sure how else I would be able to see it. Glad I tuned in.
