Viewing Notes

Decided to spin more 80s already seen horror while working. This one via Shudder in an attempt to see if I could get the Roku / Wifi to work. Nope, there’s definitely an issue that I cannot resolve. Oddly, the Shudder TV stream looks great but selecting a title to view like this one looks like pixelated vomit and just stutters (prior to this I tried to play a series on HBO Max but had the same result).

Anyways, I fired up the website on my macbook and just wired to the television. ~Sigh~

For most of this movie I’m on board even with the janky mask. It’s the final sequence of events that has me rolling my eyes. In particular the entire pick-up truck setpiece where the passengers in the cab are completely oblivious to Michael Myers throwing down w/three large burley dudes in the back… as they cruise down a serene country road in the night. Ugh
