Been wanting to see this one for a while so I was glad it popped up on Prime. Totally 70s paranoia political thriller that fits snuggly between ALL THE PRESIDENTS MEN and THREE DAYS OF THE CONDOR. I believe I’ve seen that end sequence before likely when I was a child via HBO. Seemed very familiar like I knew how it was all gonna play out.
