Wasn’t really expecting a “legacyquel” but here we are. I’m totally okay with that and this movie. By the end I was actually happy that they didn’t just rehash the previous film. This one goes into an entirely different direction yet still primarily focuses on the four teenage witches. Also it’s modernized in a nice not overly heavy-handed way. This isn’t really a movie aimed at me but I enjoyed it for what it is and trying to do even tho it does get kooky towards the end. The soundtrack is pretty great, too.
