Viewing Notes

Third and final movie in Paul’s “no theme” watch party via Kast. I also guessed this title correctly based on the clues he provided earlier in the week. This one has been on my watchlist for a long time and I actually have a file of this somewhere that Noah gave me years ago. But like everything I just haven’t gotten to it. Having it featured in this watch party was a good excuse to finally give it a watch. After some technical difficulties which delayed the start until the wee hours Paul was able to get the movie to play correctly.

It’s definitely as weird as I’ve heard and such a surreal piece of bizarro cinema. Can totally understand why this movie shows up on those “10 weird movies you’ve never seen” lists bc it’s def that kind of movie. Not sure why this one hasn’t gotten a better release bc there’s certainly an audience for this kind of provocative live art installation in film form. Don’t ask me what it’s about bc the entire time I didn’t know what the story was as it just seems to be more of an experimental / avant-garde production.
